  • Understand and handle your legal needs.

  • Prepare the documents requested by our clients.

  • To render legal advice to you or to our clients.

  • Comply with the legal requirements applicable to us.

  • Verify the information provided to us.

  • To conduct an internal control of the matters entrusted to MYM which allow us to inform to our clients about the situation and status of those matters.

 

2. Purposes that did not cause nor are necessary to the legal relationship between you and MYM.

  • The promotion of our own services, including the delivery of information about services and events, and also the delivery of our newsletter.

  • Tax and invoicing purposes.

  • Likewise, any individual may voluntarily send his/her data (including curricula) to MYM in order to be contacted by us with regards to a possible hiring or to send to the individual information produced by our firm which may be of such individual’s interest.

 

With who and which with purpose do we share your information?

 

Your personal data are only handled by the personnel of MYM, and as may be required, be shared with our clients, notary publics, accountants, commercial notaries or experts, to analyze the legal situations that are presented to us, advise our clients in such regard, prepare the documents requested by our clients, carry on the proceedings that our clients entrust to us and also for invoicing purposes. Your personal data are not transferred to other third parties unless for the compliance of requirements or legal obligations before authorities with jurisdiction such as public registries, tax authorities as well as judicial authorities.

The rights of access, rectification, cancelation and opposition or the revocation of the consent, may be exercised by filing a brief, at our domicile, addressed to the Personal Data Protection Responsible Party, via e-mail to privacidad@macinymacin.com. Your brief shall comply with the information and minimum exhibits established in the Federal Law of Personal Data Protection (name and domicile, copy of a document to evidence your identity, clear and accurate description of the personal data on which some right is intended to be exercised and description of your request.)
